Due to the personal nature of our products, opened or used candles, body oils, and aura sprays cannot be returned.
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at:
Unopened products may be returned within 14 days of delivery. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item was damaged or sent in error.
Refunds are processed within 5–10 business days after approved returns are received and inspected.
